I’ve seen this way too often where we consider our current situation as the reason for allowing ourselves to be held back, at least at that point in time. But that is a self-perception mindset. We have that “annoying roommate” in our heads saying what we can or can’t do, what we appear to be to others, etc but most of the time, I can guarantee that you told yourself that judgement and your mind began to believe it. No one else expressed that to you. This painting is about challenging those negative beliefs and fighting through them even if that is the harder option than staying compliant.
